Welcome to the home page of Michael Vittiglio, a kind hearted, hard working, sometimes outspoken (yet somehow humble) and fun loving game developer (not to mention all around "jack-of-all-things-technical"). To the left is my sweet little self-portrait which I can't seem to get over. But enough about me... X-D
I've been an avid gamer since I was about 5 years old. For about a decade I repaired computers and educated people on how to use them. Seeing the writing on the wall with my ambitions having hit a brick wall of apathy I decided to throw caution to the wind and headed down to Winter Park, FL to attend Full Sail University's Game Development Bachelors Program which I completed in September of 2008.
After some time working with the incredible staff at Full Sail as a Lab Assistant and some other contract development work I finally found myself back in NYC in October of 2009. Maybe bad timing with regards to work but almost too late to be there to help with the family so I guess it all balances out.
Affiliated with Binary Takeover (an offshoot of Reclusive Designs), it is my hope to produce my own games for the Android/Linux platform. Why? Because I'm starting to get tired of keeping a second partition just for Windows/Gaming and I want to make games for MY phone (G1).
Well, that's about it! Take a look around and feel free to contact me any time!
