I recently had a great opportunity for my career come to fruition and it's imperative that I give it my full attention. That being said, it would be unfair to run to represent my city, ward, and neighbors in a capacity that is anything less than my full attention.
There are plenty of great candidates running for Ward 1. That being said, I would always recommend Russell Perry for Ward 1 Alderman. I've spent time with him discussing life, the city, and politics and a few things jump out about him that I feel are indispensable: his calm demeanor, even judgement, and approachability.

Because I dropped out late in the game, I will still be on the ballot. While I would be flattered and would consider taking the position in the event that I got your vote, I urge everyone to consider supporting Russell Perry and not myself.
