It provides essential resources, mentorship, and support to entrepreneurs in the food industry, helping them navigate the challenges of starting and running a business. The incubator focuses on local food systems, promoting sustainable practices and community engagement.
Involvement
I’ve been with the LFI here in Little Falls, NY since I arrived in 2011 with the first Garlic and Herb Festival. Since then, I’ve been involved in various capacities but especially with technical support, web development, and event organization.
